It’s easy to buy an electric appliance and then use it to charge up a laptop, but there’s another way: using a Raspberry pi to control an electric drill.
“I have the [Raspberry Pi] already working on the circuit board for the electrical cord, but this is the first time I’ve actually seen a working drill,” said engineer Aaron Zilberman, who worked on the project.
“So I decided to try and make the same thing with a RaspberryPi.”
Zilberman’s idea for a working electric drill began as a hobby project for him when he was working as an electrician in the US, and it eventually grew to become his main workstation.
He said the electric drill was so complex that it would take him weeks to complete a task using the drill alone.
The Arduino Pro was the first product that he made, and Zilmans passion for electronics led him to build it.
“So it’s kind of a slow, arduous process,” Zilzman said.
“But I can get the drill up and running really quickly.
You’re able to put the drill on and drill holes and it’s just very fun.”
To use the electric electric drill to turn a cord into a cord, you need a Raspberry PI, an Arduino board and an electrical cable.
But there are other ways to get a cord from an appliance to a computer.
Some people may have an appliance with a built-in Wi-Fi, while others may be able to use a Bluetooth adapter, which gives them the ability to connect their laptop to their Raspberry Pi.
And if you don’t have an electric electric appliance, you can still buy a cord to power a laptop on a wall socket.
